SHORE BREAK HOTEL BY JOIE DE VIVRE

• The new 157 room Shorebreak Hotel will be operated by Joie De Vivre of San Franscisco. Joie De Vivre operates a total of 23 boutique-type hotels in California, and their motto is "celebrate the joy of life". The hotels are designed to be "fresh, inventive, casual and uniquely California".
• The hotel will be available for some conferencing, such as sales meetings, team building events, awards dinners, etc.
• The 470 parking stalls within the two level subterranean garages are owned by the City and are available for guests.
